The survey
reflects the opinions of over 1500 Social Security managers and
supervisors on issues affecting the provision of service with Social
Security. The information in the survey is shared with agency leadership
along with interested parties inside and outside of government. The
results of this survey corroborate information obtained from previous
surveys we have conducted this decade, along with the recent report from
the General Accountability Office on field offices. We hope you find
this survey enlightening and useful in making decisions regarding the
future of Social Security.
