Guided Tour of West Point - $20
Leave The Thayer Hotel at 9:30 AM and return at 11:30 AM

• See the beautiful and historic sites of the USMA at West Point. The tour is a combined bus and walking tour with a guide. The bus will stop at Trophy Point, the Battle Monument, the Monument to the Great Chain, and the Parade Field. Our guide will cover, in an entertaining and informative way, the history of West Point, its key role in the American Revolution, and the prominent leadership role West Point graduates have played and continue to play in the shaping of our great nation.
• Dedicated in 1910, the Cadet Chapel is a famous landmark and symbol of religious activities of the Military Academy. It has beautiful stained glass windows and houses the Cadet Chapel organ, now the largest church organ in the world.
• The West Point Cemetery overlooks the beautiful Hudson River. It served as a burial ground for Revolutionary soldiers and early West Point inhabitants long before 1817, when it was officially designated as a military cemetery.
