The NCSSMA periodically surveys management to identify concerns and gather information on a variety of issues such as staffing, workloads, and providing service to the public.  Management Survey reports summarize the results of these surveys.

We also share our views through the dissemination of position papers, the adoption of resolutions, and the information available on this web site.  We forward letters to SSA's Central Office expressing our views and share the minutes of our Executive Committee meetings with our members and interested parties. 
 

POSITION PAPERS , LETTERS and EMAILS
